Because DD Market sells curated "Mystery Boxes," the core value of our product is the surprise. Therefore, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply do not like the items you received in your mystery box. The randomness is part of the experience.
If an item inside your mystery box arrives physically damaged, broken, or severely defective, you are eligible for a replacement or partial refund.
To request a refund for a damaged item, you must contact us at ddmarketsupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your box, including clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
You may cancel your order for a full refund ONLY if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order status is marked as "Processing" or "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled.
